General information
The FTKL shear beam transducer is suitable for force and weight measurements in tension and compression. Due to its internal design it is relatively insensitive to lateral loads. The transducer is made of high-strength tool steel and is splash-proof (tight IP67).
For installation, it is essential to use fasteners such as screws, bolts, etc. made of high-strength steel. For screws, the thread length used must be at least equal to the thread diameter. In addition, the mechanical load limit of the material must be taken into account when designing the weighing equipment, taking safety reserves into account.
