About the LCB
Digitizer/Weight Trasmitter for load cells conceived with an eye on IoT (Internet of Things) (Internet of Things). IP67 junction box made of stainless steel AISI 316, suitable for aggressive environments. Three IP67 M12 connectors. Six indicator led of the communication interface. Dimensions: 97 x 38 x 82 mm including connectors.
LCB Digitizer transforms an analog load cell (output mV/V) into digital and can also be used on existing load cells or strain gauge sensors. Designed for an assembly/wiring integral with the load cell body, it can be connected by fieldbus to PLCs of the most important international brands.

- LCB transforms an analog load cell (mV/V output) into a digital one; it can also be used on existing load cells to digitize the weighing system.
- Conceived for IoT applications (Internet of Things).
- PC configuration software via micro USB port.
- Status LED of the communication interface.
- Mounting: wired or integral to the load cell body via standard ¼ GAS fitting (specific adapters for different threads are supplied on request).
- 2x M4 fixing holes for wall mounting via anchor plate (not included in the supply).
- IP67 AISI316 stainless steel box (dimensions: 97x38x82 mm including flying connectors).
- 3x IP67 M12 flying connectors included in the supply.
Hygienic version: LCB3A
The LCB3A variant is now also available as a measuring amplifier certified in accordance with 3-A Sanitary Standards. It has a housing made of AISI 304 stainless steel and can therefore be perfectly sanitised. LCB3A is suitable for applications in industries where hygiene is an important and indispensable requirement.
