About the GLT400 Midi Data Logger

The GLT400 is a multi-use type that can be used as a data logger for embedding in equipment and control panels, as well as a monitorless PC front-end data logger. Conventional products are often used in research and development sites, but they are also used for embedded applications in equipment and control panels. The GLT400 has realized a new concept that is monitorless and easy to assemble on DIN rails in order to make it more suitable for embedded applications than conventional products.

In addition, compared to our conventional data loggers, the operating environment temperature is greatly enhanced and can be used in environments from -20 °C to +60 °C, so it can be installed in equipment or in a board such as a sealed control panel.

1． Monitorless and ideal for in-use in equipment and control panels

The main body shape is monitorless, and it is the most optimal product form for embedding in equipment and control panels. In addition, Modbus/TCP is installed in the communication interface, and measurement start and stop control from PLC and data transfer to PLC can be performed, and cooperation with PLC is possible.
In addition, an optional mounting bracket on the DIN rail has been prepared to facilitate installation on the control panel, etc.

2． Can be used in harsh environments

The operating temperature environment of the main unit and dedicated analog input terminals (standard terminals and screwless terminals) has been greatly enhanced, and -20°C to +60°C (humidity 5 to 85% R.H.) Can be used in temperature environments.
It can also be used for factory installation and in-vehicle testing in cold areas where conventional data loggers have been severely used.

3． Can be used as a PC front-end logger

Application software for PC was included as standard in the main unit. The connection to the PC can be connected via USB Ethernet and wireless LAN (optional).
The GLT400 can be connected up to 20 units (200ch) on a single PC.
The recorded data is stored in the memory in the main unit, transferred to the PC in real time, and can be stored in the PC.
