About the TLC analog weight transmitter

With its 45 x 26 x 11 mm in the version with circuit board only, TLC is one of the most compact and economical analogue weighing transmitters.

When space is limited and/or cost amortisation is required (e.g. for serial production or intelligent weighing), it is the ideal solution for applications where several independent weighing systems are connected to a single PLC via an analogue output, but no special technical performance is required.

The TLC adapts to any type of application and is available in 2 other versions on request:

• Version in ABS IP67 housing for protection against water and dust;
• Version with round PCB, which is even smaller and more economical with a diameter of only 20 mm.

Despite its simplicity, the TLC is nevertheless equipped with all the essential functions:

• Analogue current (4-20 mA) or voltage output (0-10 VDC);
• Connection of up to 4 load cells connected in parallel;
• Compatible with the analogue/digital circuit boards of any PLC;
• Sensitivity selection with mini-switches in a range between 1 mV/V and 3 mV/V;
• 12-turn potentiometer for zero and full scale adjustment.

In addition, it is the only one of our weighing transmitters that has spring-loaded terminal boards for faster and safer wiring in the event of transport after calibration and/or vibration.
