General Information
The XPM6 miniature pressure sensor is made of stainless steel and is available in ranges from 0-100 to 0-1,000 bar. In the MH version, an additional protective device can be inserted into the H-shaped diaphragm for protection in applications involving flash point determination or explosive mixtures up to 1,000 °C.
The XPM6 uses innovative SanShift™ technology that minimizes zero offsets due to installation torque. The XPM6's sensing element is equipped with a fully temperature-compensated Wheatstone bridge, which features extremely stable micromachined silicon strain gauges.
