About the ILA200 Series Accelerometer Inline Adapter
The ILA200 Series Inline Adapters are high-performance digitizers for IEPE accelerometers, designed to seamlessly integrate analog sensors into modern digital machine control and monitoring systems.
The perfect bridge between analog sensor technology and the digital world
Many powerful IEPE sensors – such as specialized accelerometers for high frequencies, high temperatures, or harsh environments – are only available in analog versions. The ILA200 adapters digitize these signals right at the sensor and output them via standard digital protocols – without the need to replace your sensor.
Flexible digital interface options
Depending on your communication environment, several interface variants are available:
- Modbus (ILA210) – proven industry protocol for automation systems
- OPC UA (ILA220) – platform-independent and future-proof communication
- MQTT (ILA230) – lightweight IoT protocol for cloud and edge applications
Comprehensive vibration data and analysis metrics
The ILA200 adapters provide not only digitized raw signals but also locally calculated, ready-to-use metrics such as:
- Vibration spectrum
- Time waveform
- Up to 19 calculated vibration indicators (e.g., acceleration, velocity, displacement, true peak, crest factor, standard deviation)
When using a dual-output sensor, temperature data can also be transmitted.
Ideal for industrial condition monitoring applications
Thanks to their compact design and support for common digital protocols, the ILA200 series is ideal for:
- PLC or DCS integration
- SCADA, MES, and cloud monitoring systems
- IoT and predictive maintenance platforms
By digitizing the signal directly at the sensor, users benefit from faster, more reliable, and easier access to vibration data.
