Althen Sensors & Controls at TU Delft's Dream Hall Event
The annual Dream Hall Partner Event brings together student teams from various disciplines to collaborate and innovate in the field of technology. The event provides a platform for students to showcase their work, learn from industry professionals, and explore new ideas. Because of our partnership with the Project March student team Althen Sensors & Controls participated during the Info Market and presented an inspirational case about tilt measurement of quay wall inclination to various groups of students.

Acceleration sensors for wind turbines
Efficient management and maintenance of wind turbines is crucial. It extends their lifetime and maximises production of clean energy. A very important part of this maintenance process is identifying and correcting aerodynamic and mass-related imbalances on the rotor blades of wind turbines. Acceleration sensors can measure rotor blade vibration and movement during operation and maintenance, and identify possible imbalances.

Althen Sensors & Controls raised money for the Prinses Máxima Centrum
In October 2022, employees from Althen Sensors, Metesco and Relli Technology participated in the various distances of the Amsterdam Marathon to raise money for the Prinses Máxima Centrum. After months of intensive training and preparation, we managed to raise money for charity.
