Onshore wind turbines are still in demand. And the location requirements are increasing. Whether in extreme climatic regions or in low-wind areas. Ultra-miniature pressure sensors

Industrial manufacturers face many technical and design challenges. Required sensors must integrate well into existing designs, but ideally must not create any disturbances, such as changes in flow behaviour. The new, ultra-miniaturised pressure transducers are an answer to these challenges. With the development of the world's smallest pressure sensor, a milestone in pressure technology has been achieved.

DSA5000 Ethernet Pressure Scanner

The DSA5000 pressure scanner is a versatile all-in-one data acquisition system. A separate pressure sensor is used for each measuring channel. All data acquisition, conversion and communication is handled by the integrated processors and A/D converters. The DSA5000 has a separate A/D converter for each sensor, which enables fully synchronous data acquisition.

MPS4264xxx Miniature pressure scanner and accessories

The MPS scanner is a complete pressure measurement scanner system that requires only a power supply (9-36 VDC) and an Ethernet connection. It has a very small size, TCP/IP connectivity, IEEE1588 support and can be a host of other innovative features. The MPS4264 scanner incorporates 64 individual MEMS pressure sensors that are extremely stable over time.

Micro Air Data computer models

The various Micro Air Data Computer (μADC) models are suitable for a wide range of applications. All are compatible with Aeroprobe's standard heated and temperature sensing Air Data probes. Together with an Air Data probe, all models provide a complete solution for collecting and processing airflow data with the highest accuracy.

Strain gauges and accessories

At Althen you will find strain gauges from the strain gauge product range of TML (Tokyo Measuring Instruments Laboratory Co., Ltd.) including accessories such as adhesives for fixing the strain gauges and coverings for protecting the measuring point. The GOBLET series is particularly environmentally friendly (RoHs compliant) thanks to lead-free materials. A wide range of gages is available for almost all industries and applications.

New hydrogen sensors

The transducers differ in their respective areas of application: The AGS4200H is a basic version for standard requirements that has an accuracy of 0.25 per cent and is designed for temperatures up to 120 degrees Celsius. The HI2000H has a higher accuracy of 0.1 per cent and is suitable for higher temperatures up to 200 degrees Celsius within the application. The HP1000H can withstand very high pressures up to 5,000 bar.
