The ASC 5411LN (aluminum) and ASC 5415LN (stainless steel) are triaxial MEMS capacitive accelerometers designed for demanding NVH and vehicle dynamic applications. With excellent offset and scale factor stability, and a signal output of ±4 V, they offer high performance across all axes.
