Performance

The ASC OS-325MF-PG is a rugged, high-performance triaxial MEMS capacitive accelerometer designed for mid-frequency applications. With a wide measurement range from ±2 g to ±200 g, the sensor offers excellent offset and scale factor stability, as well as low noise and high shock resistance. Its gas-damped MEMS sensing element enables accurate measurements of both static (DC) and dynamic (AC) acceleration.

The sensor features a differential analog output of ±2.7 V FSO and operates from a flexible 5–40 VDC power supply. Its stainless steel IP68-rated enclosure is hermetically sealed, making it ideal for long-term deployment in extreme conditions.

Usage conditions

Thanks to its rugged construction, the OS-325MF-PG withstands shock loads up to 6,000 g and operates reliably in temperatures from -20 °C to +70 °C (optionally up to +100 °C). It’s designed for outdoor and industrial environments where humidity, dust, and mechanical stress are common. Mounting options include screw or adhesive fastening, and the integrated PUR or optional FEP cable can be tailored to fit your setup.
