The ALBS3 Load Button is a subminiature strain gauge-based force sensor designed for compression load measurements in confined spaces. With its compact size and full-scale capacity of up to 1000 lb, it ensures reliable results with a non-linearity better than ±0.5%.

Usage conditions

This load button is made of stainless steel and offers IP64 protection against dust and splash water. It is temperature-compensated between +16 and +71 °C and operates within a wide range from -20 to +80 °C. A recommended excitation of 5 VDC ensures stable output, while its low deflection makes it suitable for dynamic force applications.
