About the CRH03 (OEM) Gyroscope
The CRH03 (OEM) is a high-precision analog rate sensor (MEMS gyroscope) designed for demanding applications where low bias instability, minimal noise, and high measurement accuracy are critical.
The sensing element is based on an advanced vibrating silicon ring structure (MEMS technology), which provides exceptional stability against temperature variations, vibration, and aging effects. This enables performance comparable to fiber optic gyroscopes, but in a significantly more compact and cost-efficient design.
The CRH03 (OEM) delivers a precise analog output signal for measuring angular rates and is optimized for use in highly dynamic and safety-critical systems. An integrated temperature sensor and advanced compensation capabilities ensure stable performance across a wide temperature range.
