Performance highlights E114 Submersible intrinsically safe linear position sensor
The E114 is a high-accuracy, non-contacting linear inductive position sensor designed for submersible and hazardous environments. With intrinsic safety certification (ATEX/IECEx/UKEX), it is ideal for applications in potentially explosive atmospheres involving gases, vapors, or dust.
This sensor delivers excellent stability, repeatability, and resolution, even under extreme temperature fluctuations from -40°C to +80°C. It offers a linear ratiometric output from 0.5 to 4.5 V and supports cable lengths up to 1000 meters using a 5-wire connection to maintain full accuracy.
Usage conditions
- Intrinsically safe: Ex II 1GD
- Operating temperature: -40°C to +80°C
- Submersible up to 10 bar / IP68 and IP69K
- Certified for use in Zones 0, 1, 2 (gas) and 20, 21, 22 (dust)
- MTBF: 350,000 hrs @ 40°C
