MDM490 Differential Pressure Transmitter
Fully sealed, differential pressure measurement sensor
About the MDM490 Differential Pressure Transmitter
The MDM490 uses the piezoresistive differential pressure sensor as a sensing element. Silicon oil is filled in between die and two diaphragms, when measured differential pressure is added on two diaphragm, the pressure could be transferred onto die through silicon oil.
Sensor die connects with the amplifier circuit through wires, using semi-conductor’s piezoresistive effect, transforming the differential pressure signal into an electric signal.
Possible applications
The MDM490 Differential Pressure Transmitter can be used for differential pressure measurement of various gases and liquids in pipeline, cylinder, bulk and micro bulk for level measurement and level monitoring and differential pressure monitoring.
