About the MDM7000-GP-T-/AP-T Smart pressure transmitter

The MDM7000-GP-T/AP-T is a high-performance smart pressure transmitter with a direct-mounted diaphragm seal, designed for precise measurement of absolute or gauge pressure in demanding industrial environments. Featuring a monocrystalline silicon sensor and a configurable 4–20mA HART output, it offers outstanding accuracy (up to ±0.1% URL), long-term stability (±0.2% span/10 years), and a wide turn-down ratio of up to 100:1. 

The transmitter supports a variety of flange types, hazardous area certifications (ATEX, IECEx, CSA, etc.), and process connections, making it suitable for applications in oil & gas, chemical, marine, and process industries. Available with LCD display and multiple diaphragm materials and fill fluids for customized use in extreme conditions.

Environmental conditions

The MDM7000-GP-T/AP-T is engineered for durability in harsh industrial environments. It operates reliably across a wide temperature range:

• Operating temperature: without LCD: -50°C to +85°C. With LCD: -40°C to +70°C
• Storage temperature: up to +100°C depending on LCD configuration.
• Operating humidity: % to 100% RH @ 40°C
• Ingress protection: IP67, ensuring resistance to dust and water ingress
• Vibration resistance: Less than 0.1% SPAN as per IEC61298-3
• Multiple filling oil types (normal, high, low temp silicone oil or fluorocarbon oils) are available to adapt the sensor to different media and temperature conditions.
