The MDM7000-LT is a high-performance smart level transmitter designed for accurate and stable liquid level measurement in pressurized tanks and challenging process environments. Utilizing a monocrystalline silicon sensor and a flanged diaphragm seal system, it measures differential pressure to infer liquid height with exceptional precision and long-term reliability.
With a turn-down ratio of 100:1, the transmitter accommodates a wide range of level applications—from small tanks to high-pressure vessels—with a nominal pressure range of 0.4 to 2.5 bar and accuracy up to ±0.2% of URL, including diaphragm seal effects.
Engineered to operate under harsh environmental conditions, the MDM7000-LT offers:
- Operating temperatures from -50°C to +85°C
- IP67-rated housing for dust and water resistance
- A choice of diaphragm materials such as 316L, Hastelloy C-276, Tantalum, Titanium, or Monel
- Various fill fluids to suit high, low, or cryogenic temperatures
- Configurable capillary lengths (up to 10m) for remote flange mounting
Communication is handled via a standard 4–20 mA HART protocol, with optional Bluetooth support. The device supports square root output and includes configurable damping, alarm current settings, and optional integrated valve manifolds for ease of calibration and maintenance.
Certified for use in hazardous areas, the MDM7000-LT carries international approvals including ATEX, IECEx, CSA, and NEPSI, making it a safe and versatile choice for industries such as:
