About the MDM293 OEM Differential pressure sensor module

The MDM293 is a miniature OEM differential pressure sensor with an isolated stainless steel diaphragm construction, suitable for both gas and liquid applications. Differential pressure is transferred via a silicone oil chamber onto a piezoresistive sensor die, delivering reliable and stable measurement results. Manufactured using high-precision diffusion silicon chips and automated calibration, it ensures long-term accuracy and interchangeability.

Usage conditions

The sensor operates from -40°C to +125°C and is compensated between 0°C and +70°C. It supports high static pressure up to 200 bar and resists vibration (10g RMS) and shock (100g, 11ms), making it ideal for harsh environments.
