About the MPM281 High stability pressure sensor
High performance, high reliability. The MPM281 is a silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor designed for stable long-term measurement under varying industrial conditions. With its stainless steel 316L housing and isolated diaphragm design, it delivers exceptional compatibility with liquids and gases—even under harsh environmental factors.
Measurement range & output options
Pressure ranges cover from vacuum (-100kPa) up to 100MPa, available in gauge, absolute, and sealed gauge configurations. It supports both constant current (1.5mA DC) and constant voltage excitation (10V DC) with robust signal output characteristics.
Optimized for OEM integration
Thanks to its compact form factor (Φ19×11.5mm or Φ19×6.5mm), and electrical connection flexibility (Kovar pins or 100mm silicone wires), the MPM281 is ideal for OEM designs in HVAC, hydraulic systems, aviation, calibrators, and industrial process controls.
Temperature compensation & stability
Designed for stable output even in fluctuating temperature environments, the sensor is compensated over -10°C to +80°C. It ensures minimal zero and span thermal errors, and excellent resistance to vibration and shock, as confirmed in test specs on page 2.
