About the C802 “Deepwater”
– submersible tiltmeter with 4–20 mA for offshore and deep-ocean applications
The C802 Deepwater is a high-precision, submersible tiltmeter for marine, offshore, and deep-ocean deployments—featuring a 4–20 mA output for robust, noise-immune signal transmission. It uses an absolute, gravity-referenced electrolytic sensor, delivering very accurate measurements with virtually zero long-term drift. High-gain versions achieve sensitivity of < 0.0017 mm/m (or better).
The housing is engineered for underwater use and is watertight down to 2,500 m; sealing is IP68. This makes the C802 an ideal choice for structural monitoring, angle measurement and control, and platform leveling in demanding environments.
