The FDK-BT Wheel Diameter Gauge is a digital measurement tool for determining the rolling circle diameter of wheels on rail vehicles, including trains, metro cars, and trams. It achieves accurate readings without removing the wheelset, using a three-point measurement method and digital displacement converter.

Usage conditions

Designed for on-site use in industrial rail environments, the gauge operates between -5 °C and +55 °C and complies with EMC standards EN 55022, EN 61000-6-2, and EN 61326-1. It is powered by two AAA 1.2V rechargeable batteries and allows for over 1000 measurements per charge.
