The ALF238 bending beam load cell is engineered for accurate force measurement in low-capacity applications. With rated loads of 50 N, 100 N and 300 N, it delivers high precision thanks to a non-linearity of ±0.05 % RL and repeatability of ±0.02 % RL.

The binocular bending beam design provides excellent moment immunity, minimizing measurement errors caused by off-centre loading.

Usage conditions

The sensor operates within a compensated temperature range of -10 °C to +50 °C and withstands operating temperatures up to +80 °C. With a 350 Ω bridge resistance and 10 V supply voltage, it integrates easily into standard strain gauge measurement systems.

Safe overload capacity is 120 % RL and ultimate overload reaches 200 % RL.
