The AILC3, AILC4 & AILC5 are miniature in line load cells that provide precise tensile and compressive force measurements up to 50 kN (or 10 klbf). They use strain gauge technology and are temperature compensated to ensure consistent performance, with a typical rated output of 2 mV/V and non-linearity better than ±0.5%.
Usage conditions
These sensors are built for rugged conditions, with an operating temperature range of -20 °C to +80 °C and IP64 environmental protection. They are suitable for integration into compact mechanical systems or test setups where inline force measurement is required.
