Performance highlights E101 Intrinsically safe linear position sensor
The E101 is a non-contact linear position sensor designed for intrinsically safe applications in explosive gas or dust environments. Using robust inductive technology, it provides a linear analog output (0.5–4.5 V ratiometric) proportional to the calibrated travel, customizable from 5 mm to 800 mm. The stainless steel body and push rod ensure reliable performance even in harsh environments, with infinite resolution and high EMC immunity.
Usage conditions
Certified for use in hazardous zones (Ex II 1GD, Ex ia IIC T4 Ga, Ex ia IIIC T135°C Da), the E101 sensor withstands temperatures from -40 °C to +80 °C in operation. Sealing options ensure IP67 protection, and installation options include M5 rod eye bearings and body clamps.Possible applications:
