KZ Low range wet/wet differential pressure transducer

High-accuracy differential pressure measurement for low-pressure liquid and gas applications. All-welded stainless steel construction ensures long-term stability and leak-free operation in demanding environments.

Key features

  • Pressure ranges from ±0.5 to 30 psid
  • 0.25% full scale accuracy
  • All-welded stainless steel design
  • Line pressure up to 5000 psig
  • mV/V, 4–20 mA, 0–5 V or 0–10 V output
  • CE approved

Performance highlights

The KZ low range wet/wet differential pressure transducer is designed for precise low differential pressure measurements in liquid and gas systems. Its all-welded stainless steel construction eliminates internal O-ring leaks and ensures superior material compatibility and long-term stability.

With an accuracy of ±0.25% full scale and optional internal line pressure compensation (reducing zero shift to less than 0.5% FS per 1000 psi), the KZ delivers reliable data even under high static line pressures.

The stiff sensing element increases the natural resonant frequency, providing improved dynamic response for demanding test and monitoring applications.

Usage conditions

The KZ is suitable for all fluids and gases compatible with 316 stainless steel.

The sensor supports line pressures up to 5000 psig (optional), with safe overload protection on either side up to the maximum line rating.

Operating temperature:

  • 30 °F to 190 °F (-1 °C to 88 °C)

Compensated temperature range:

  • 30 °F to 130 °F (-1 °C to 54 °C)

Possible applications

  • Filter monitoring in process systems
  • Flow measurement using differential pressure
  • Test benches and R&D setups
  • HVAC pressure monitoring
  • Industrial fluid control systems
  • Leak detection systems

Advantages of choosing this product

For engineers requiring reliable and stable differential pressure measurement, the KZ provides a robust, low-maintenance solution.

The fully welded construction improves process safety and reduces long-term maintenance costs.

Multiple output options allow easy integration into PLCs, data acquisition systems, and industrial control environments.
