About The MPM4511 Micro-fused Pressure Transmitter

The MPM4511 pressure transmitter is designed with a single-piece stainless steel pressure chamber and an all-metal sealing structure. Its micro-fused sensing technology ensures high stability, long service life, and strong resistance to high temperatures, shock, and electromagnetic interference. With an accuracy of ≤±0.5% FS and total error band of ≤±1% FS, it guarantees reliable measurements in demanding conditions.

Usage conditions

This transmitter can withstand harsh environments with:

  • Pressure ranges from 16 bar up to 1000 bar
  • Overpressure resistance up to 3× FS (≤50 bar ranges) and 2× FS (50–750 bar)
  • Burst pressure up to 5× FS (max. 2000 bar)
  • Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
  • Impact life of 10 million cycles

Possible applications

  • Engineering machinery
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Energy and water treatment
  • Industrial process control and automation
  • Refrigeration and HVAC systems
  • Pumps and compressors

Advantages of choosing this product

The MPM4511 combines rugged construction with a compact and lightweight form factor, making it ideal for OEM applications. It supports multiple output options (4–20 mA, 0–10 V, 0.5–4.5 V) and common electrical connections (Mini Hirschmann, M12x1, cable, Packard plug). Its long service life, EMI protection, and high overload resistance ensure reliable integration into hydraulic, pneumatic, and energy systems.

Other important features

  • Wetted parts: stainless steel 17-4PH diaphragm, stainless steel 304 pressure port
  • Sealing ring materials: FKM/NBR
  • Vibration resistance: 20 g (20–2000 Hz)
  • Shock resistance: 100 g / 6 ms
  • Protection class: IP65
  • Optional IP68 versions available with snubber
