The 711-2(4X) Weatherproof Floor-Mount Tiltmeter is a rugged, high-precision biaxial (X/Y) electrolytic tiltmeter designed for demanding outdoor and industrial installations. It offers the same measurement performance as the 701-2(4X), but in a floor-mount package that can be bolted or clamped to virtually any horizontal surface—ideal for locations with heavy traffic or vibration.

With an IP65 / NEMA 4X weather seal, the A711-2(4X) is well suited for wet, humid, and corrosive environments. It delivers <1 µrad resolution (or better, depending on version) and provides a stable ±8 VDC output (±16 VDC differential). Powerful internal electronics can drive cables over 1000 m, making it a strong choice for long-distance field installations.
