Performance highlights
The ASC TS-92V1 and TS-92V5 are biaxial MEMS capacitive tilt sensors designed for reliable inclination measurement in demanding environments. Both models measure tilt in two perpendicular axes using independent low-g MEMS accelerometers. This results in a resolution of 0.005° and long-term bias stability of 0.1° per year. The sensors output a nominal ±2 V swing for ±90° tilt, with linear response within ±15°.
Their robust design includes shock resistance up to 5,000 g, stable operation between −40 °C and +120 °C, and immunity to supply voltage fluctuations (6–36 VDC). An optional 4–20 mA current output is available for industrial control systems.

The ASC TS-92V1 features a lightweight aluminium IP67 housing, making it suitable for mobile or weight-sensitive systems. The ASC TS-92V5, with its stainless steel IP68 housing, is designed for harsh environments such as marine or outdoor construction where full waterproof protection is required.
