NSZ1-IP Tilt Measuring System

Single axis tilt switching system with 2 switching contacts and switching delay

Key features

  • Measuring range ±3° up to ±60° or 0 … 90°
  • Switching accuracy max. 0,5% of measuring range
  • Supply voltage 18 … 30 VDC
  • Output: 2 potential-free switching contacts (max. 30VDC/0,5A)

About the NSZ1-IP tilt monitoring system

The industrial single-axis NSZ1-IP system for monitoring tilt angle combines a non-contact AccuStar®-EA tilt sensor with sensor-matched electronics. It provides precise tilt monitoring on the X axis and is designed for side-wall mounting. Depending on the version, the monitored tilt range is ±3° to ±60° or 0…90°. Using potentiometers (accessible after opening the housing cover), the limit switching points can be freely adjusted across the entire measurement range. The relays feature potential-free contacts with a maximum switching rating of 30 VDC / 0.5 A. The relay switching delay is 1 s as standard; other delay times are available on request.
The tilt switching system is integrated in a rugged EMC die-cast aluminum enclosure (IP66), making it ideal for harsh industrial environments.
