The measuring system monitors the tilt angle along one axis of a vulnerable system or component in transport with an easy-to-use solution. As soon as the object tilts past a specified value, an optical alarm is triggered. An acoustic alarm is available as an option.
The measuring system is integrated into an IP65 rated aluminum casing and fitted with a magnetic fastener as well as comfortable handles.
It is attached directly to the surface of the object that needs to be monitored. Alternative fastening systems are also available upon request.
Off-Grid Power Supply
The system is powered by rechargeable batteries, which allow approximately eight hours of off-grid operation. The measurement values are shown on a digital display.
The measurement range is from +/- 3 ° to +/- 30 °. The measurement accuracy is 0.05 °. The system can be operated in temperatures between 10 °C and 40 °C.
