About the NSS2-M2-IP

The industrial 2-axis NSS2-M2-IP system for monitoring tilt angle combines two non-contact tilt sensors with sensor-matched electronics. It provides precise tilt monitoring on the X and Y axes and is designed for base-surface mounting. Depending on the version, the monitored tilt range is ±3° to ±10°. Using internal potentiometers (visible after opening the housing cover), the limit switching points for both axes and both directions can be freely adjusted across the entire measurement range. The relays feature potential-free contacts with a maximum switching rating of 30 VDC / 0.5 A.

The tilt switching system is housed in a rugged EMC die-cast aluminum enclosure (IP66), making it ideal for harsh industrial environments.
