Recently we expanded our miniature pressure sensor portfolio with a new selection of Mesurex pressure sensors. The added range includes compact M4, M5, M6, M8 and M10 designs, as well as a miniature pressure sensor with integrated RTD temperature measurement.
These sensors are designed for static and dynamic pressure measurements in compact installations, harsh environments and demanding test setups. Depending on the model, the Mesurex range offers titanium or stainless-steel construction, flush or recessed membrane designs, pressure ranges up to 1000 bar, amplified or mV outputs, and protection options up to IP67.
More choice for compact pressure measurement
Miniature pressure sensors are used when installation space is limited but reliable pressure data is essential. Typical applications include:
- R&D test benches
- Hydraulic and pneumatic testing
- Compact OEM systems
- Corrosive fluid monitoring
- Dynamic pressure measurements.
With the new Mesurex additions, Althen can support a wider range of mechanical connections and application requirements.

How Mesurex complements our portfolio
Althen’s miniature pressure sensor portfolio already includes strong options for engineers who need compact, robust sensors for demanding fluid, gas and test environments.
The new Mesurex models guarantee extra flexibility in small mechanical connections, material options and application-specific configurations. The Mesurex range is especially useful when engineers need titanium or stainless-steel wetted parts, flush membrane compatibility with corrosive or conductive media, high-pressure capability, or combined pressure and temperature measurement in one compact sensor.
This broader portfolio helps Althen advise customers more independently and match the sensor to the application instead of forcing the application to fit one specific product line. That is especially valuable for technical engineers who need fast access to reliable data, clear specifications and expert support during integration.
Supporting engineers from selection to integration
Choosing a miniature pressure sensor is not only about pressure range. Engineers also need to consider media compatibility, mechanical connection, dynamic response, temperature range, output signal, sealing, protection class and installation space.
With the expanded Mesurex range, Althen can offer more suitable options for compact OEM systems, test benches, industrial pressure monitoring and R&D applications. Customers can compare technical requirements with Althen’s sensor experts and request support for standard products, adapted versions or complete measurement solutions.
